Countdown to HeartWalk!!

Well I have met my goal and now I am just making sure I can walk, walk, walk!! What a might God we serve!! He continues to love me everyday and keeps me strong and able to move on!!! We are at less than 6 days to the walk!! Keep me in your prayers and if your are interested in jumping in a walking on Saturday let me know- we would love the company!!! Love, Sarah

Losing Weight

I like taking random pictures during my weight loss so my kids, husband, and myself will see when I have got to my goal weight what I came from and never, ever go back to that!! This is one of the shots!!

Update

Well it has been a while since I have blogged so I need to update this thing!! LOL Our Easter was wonderful and I will post pictures soon (my mom took better pics so I am getting hers from her!) I have lost another 2.6 lbs which makes my total 17.6 lbs which is so awesome!! I am getting prepared for the Heartwalk on April 12th and I walked 5.11 mi at the resevoir on Monday so I know that I can do the walk. Jon got me an IPOD for Easter so I have had my ears filled with music and it has been a lot of fun!! I will post more pics soon!! Love to all-Sarah

HEARTWALK GOAL MET!!!

I am so excited and wanted to let everyone know that my $500 goal for the American Heart Association Heartwalk has been met! What an amazing walk I hope this will be!! I hope for some major shedding of grief on that day!! I may cry all three miles and that will be ok! Thank you everyone who took the time to check out the site and also to donate!! I just hope the money raised will go to respectable research for this awful disease. Our hearts our still so broken from the loss of our Savannah but praising God and doing everything we can to help raise awareness has provided enormous comfort. Check out the site!!! I HAVE HIT A SECRET GOAL!!!!

Well I hit an amazing mark today!! I lost 2 more pounds and that makes my total loss 15lbs!! WOOHOO!! I have lost all the pregnancy/grief eating weight I gained for Savannah. What a feat! I am now close to the 1st goal of 10% of my body weight!! I have a loooooong way to go but I am not so scared of swimsuit season- I still have a couple of months to go!! What an amazing 3 months it has been!! I am so excited and I just can't wait for nice, warm weather that will not end with 30 degree weather the next day!! COME AND STAY SPRING WE HAVE MISSED YOU!!!! Madison is 8!

Well I still haven't learned how to load pictures on the blogger so you're going to have to deal with the disorder!! Which if you hang out with me for ten minutes you know that I am a litte disorderly!! LOL This is a tribute to my Madion Paige who turned 8 yesterday!! She has brought such joy to our lives!! I remember not long after I had her looking at her fingers and toes and even the little vessels you could see on her head and just being in awe of God. I just felt so undeserving of this perfect little creature!! She makes us giggle and she loves her Daddy!! Happy Birthday sweet pea we are lucky to have you!!!
